1. Our services

Xaliosoft provides digital marketing and technology services, including — but not limited to — advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads), search engine optimisation, website and e-commerce development, marketplace management, AI chatbots, and business automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in the individual proposal or agreement we share with you before work begins.

2. Quotes, fees and payment

All quotes are prepared for your specific market and requirements and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are set out in your proposal. Third-party costs — such as advertising spend, domain names, hosting, or software licences — are separate from our fees and are always billed transparently.

3. Your responsibilities

To deliver our work you agree to provide timely access to the accounts, materials and approvals reasonably required (for example: website access, ad accounts, brand assets, and business information). Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines. You confirm that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Ownership — you own your assets

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you: your website, your content, your ad accounts, and your data. We do not hold client assets hostage. Where third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or Shopify) impose their own ownership or licensing rules, those platform terms apply to those platform assets.

5. Results and no-guarantee disclaimer

We work to clear metrics and report honestly, but digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency’s control — including your market, offer, budget, competition, and platform algorithm changes. Any figures shown on this website reflect specific past client engagements and are not a promise of your results. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volumes, or revenue.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, data, and plans as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the services (for example, to platform providers) or as required by law. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.

7. Intellectual property of this website

The content, design, and branding of xaliosoft.com are owned by Xaliosoft. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xaliosoft’s total liability arising from or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, outages, or policy decisions of third-party platforms.

9. Termination

Unless your proposal states otherwise, ongoing engagements are monthly and either party may end them with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for work already performed remain payable. On termination we will hand over all account access and deliverables you have paid for.

10. Third-party links and tools

This website may link to or embed third-party services (for example, WhatsApp or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
