We Accept Strictly Limited Hajj Bookings Each Year

To maintain our quality standard — reliable vehicles, experienced drivers, and on-time pickups across Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah — we only confirm a limited number of Hajj groups per season. Once our spaces are full, we close bookings until the following year.

Why Hajj Transport Is Different from Every Other Service We Offer

Hajj is the busiest, most tightly choreographed event in the world, and transport for it requires preparation that simply doesn’t apply to a normal taxi booking. Our drivers are briefed on the exact ritual sequence — Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina again — so they know where you need to be and when, even when you’re focused on worship.

Conditions in Mina and Muzdalifah involve dense crowds and stop-start traffic for hours at a time, often on foot-access roads rather than open highways. We pre-position our fleet near your camp days in advance, so vehicles aren’t stuck trying to reach you through the crowds at the last minute. Throughout the five days, our team maintains continuous dispatch communication so every group’s pickup is tracked and confirmed in real time.

How Hajj Bookings Work

Because spaces are strictly limited and vehicles must be reserved months in advance, our Hajj booking and payment process is more structured than our other services.

Full Payment at Reservation Your space is only confirmed once full payment is received — this allows us to commit a vehicle and driver to your group.
Bookings Open from Rabi al-Awwal We begin processing Hajj bookings from the start of Rabi al-Awwal each Hijri year, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limited Spaces Each Season Once our fleet for the season is fully allocated, we are unable to accept further bookings until the following year.
Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled before the start of Sha’ban · 50% refund if cancelled between the start of Sha’ban and 30 days before Hajj · No refund for cancellations within 30 days of Hajj.
