Booked the Toyota Coaster for our group of 14 from Jeddah airport to Makkah. The driver was waiting with a name board, vehicle was spotless, and the price matched exactly what we agreed on WhatsApp. Made a tiring journey after a long flight so much easier. Highly recommend for groups.

As a solo female traveler I was nervous about transport in Saudi, but Al Madina Travels made me feel completely safe. The driver was respectful throughout, didn’t try to make conversation, and helped with my luggage at every stop. The Camry was clean and comfortable for the whole trip.

Travelled from Makkah to Madinah in the Hyundai Staria, the vehicle was comfortable and the driver was on time. We had a short delay finding each other at the pickup point as the meeting spot wasn’t very clear, but once we connected everything went smoothly. Good value overall.

We booked a Madinah Ziyarat tour for our family of 6 and the driver doubled as a knowledgeable guide, explaining the history of each site we visited. The Staria had plenty of space for all of us plus luggage. Will definitely book again for our next trip.

Smooth transfer from Madinah airport to our hotel. Driver was friendly and the Staria was clean. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the AC took a few minutes to cool down properly when we first got in — minor issue but worth mentioning since it was a hot day.
