Frequently Asked Questions — Everything You Need to Know Before Booking
Answers to the questions we hear most from pilgrims and travellers booking transport in Saudi Arabia. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Message us on WhatsApp any time.
You can book up to 90 days in advance, and same-day bookings are usually possible too. The exception is Hajj season — we recommend booking at least 60 days in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. During Ramadan, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is strongly advised as demand is very high.
Yes, absolutely. When booking, just provide both the traveller’s contact number and the contact number of the responsible family member arranging the trip. We’ll keep both informed and can communicate with whichever number is easiest during the journey.
To confirm your fixed price within 15 minutes, please send us: your pickup location, destination hotel, travel date and time, number of passengers, and a WhatsApp number we can reach you on. If we’re picking you up from an airport, please also include your flight number so we can track it.
Always. The price we confirm with you on WhatsApp before your trip is the exact amount you pay at the end — no extra charges for luggage, night-time travel, waiting at the airport, road tolls, or anything else. If something isn’t included in your quote, it never gets added later.
We accept cash in Saudi Riyal (SAR), paid directly to your driver at the end of the journey. If you’d prefer to settle in advance, we can also arrange a bank transfer — just let us know on WhatsApp before your trip and we’ll send you the details.
Yes. Just mention your preference and the driver’s name when you make your new booking, and we’ll do our best to allocate the same driver for you, depending on their schedule and availability on your travel date.
Yes. We ask that you let us know at the time of booking, with at least 48 hours’ advance notice, so we can arrange the right driver for your group. As with all our bookings, we’ll send you the driver’s photo and details in advance so you know exactly who to expect.
We start tracking your flight automatically up to 6 hours before landing, so any delays are picked up and your pickup time is updated for you at no cost — no need to message us. Once you’ve landed, your driver will wait for up to 60 minutes free of charge while you clear immigration and collect your luggage.
Your driver will be waiting in the main arrivals hall, just after the customs exit, holding a name board printed in both English and Arabic with your name on it. You’ll receive your driver’s photo and direct WhatsApp number in advance, so you can message them as soon as you land if you can’t see them right away.
Yes, this is standard practice for all Umrah and Hajj transport. On the Madinah to Makkah route, drivers stop at Dhul Hulaifa (Bir Ali). On the Jeddah to Makkah route, drivers stop at Al Hudaibiyah. Just let your driver know in advance if you’ll need this stop so they can plan the timing.
Yes, we do. Please request an Urdu-speaking driver at the time of booking and we’ll prioritise allocating one to your trip, subject to availability on your travel date.
